Shipping policy

As the majority of our items are handmade, we ask that you allow 7-10 working days for UK delivery and 14-30 working days for overseas delivery.

We will be in contact ASAP if we have any issues in fulfilling your order.

Please note:

We are not held liable for tax /customs charges when if they are applicable to the receiving address.

We hold no responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address.

Please note our office is closed Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed over those days and after 10am Friday will not be processed until Monday.
