One pair works and one doesn't

I bought two pair of earrings, one pair with moons and one pair with skulls.
The one with skulls works and looks good, very happy with that one.
The moons however, has a closing/opening mechanism that is too hard. The were very hard to open, and one of them I can't get to close again, so for now I can't use them. It's sad because I am sure they would look good if I could get them on.

I LOVE these earrings. They are the perfect size and so comfortable. You can also take the moons off and flip them to face any direction. I am really happy with these.
