Love Witch Halloween Jewellery Collection | The Process, BTS & Photoshoot

Love Witch Halloween Jewellery Collection: The season of the witch is upon us and the dark nights are drawing in. Our latest Love Witch inspired collection draws on the magic of the cauldron and creates a small, ceremonial piece of witchcraft to carry with you. This 5 piece Halloween Collection features a limited edition Trick or Treat set and an old design that has been truly revived!
Our Cauldron Ring is back, and this time it makes more of a statement. It can be worn alongside the matching necklace and hoops too!
“The whole history of witchcraft is interwoven with the fear of female sexuality”

IN WITH THE NEW

Our Cauldron ring was originally designed back in 2016. We decided to discontinue the design a mere year later because of a few factors. Firstly, the sample turned out perfect in Sterling Silver but as we made the move to Stainless Steel it didn’t translate quite so well and wasn’t as thick and chunky as we’d originally decided. Secondly, we didn’t really like the hollow pentacle and thirdly SO MANY people mistook it for a cat ring (no idea).
With that, we took the design to our lovely James and begged for a new an improved version with 2 important factors: chunkier and heavier. The rest was down to James and we fell in love with the addition of his little flower.
As for the Trick or Treat pieces, these were a bit of a last minute addition to create a fuller release. Meaning that these are limited to 50 pieces per item whereas the Cauldron pieces will be sticking around for quite some time now!
THE PLAN

HALLOWEEN-JEWELLERY

If i’m completely honest, I was pretty sure the Green Witch Collection would be the last big release for a while, especially with my fast approaching maternity leave. But no, that’s just not who I am as a person. I love to make more hard work for myself. Plus the collection needed shouting about because it’s BEAUTIFUL! Our original plan was a smoking cauldron and that was about it. Then as I scoured the internet for a realistic looking / sized cauldron and smoke machine I had a brain wave – THE LOVE WITCH
Now if you haven’t seen The Love Witch, where have you been? The epitome of dreamy, witchy, 60’s magick. I won’t spoil it for you, but give it a watch and you’ll see the full styling vibe we went for. It’s feminine, powerful and downright bewitching.
