Who are we?
We are Mysticum Luna – the home of gothic jewellery! Mysticum Luna was established in 2014 and we are now based in South Yorkshire, UK. Mysticum Luna is a 2 woman team who work hard to bring their customers fine jewellery with a dark twist!
We are currently a purely online based business after moving out of our Flagship store in 2018.

What are your postage times?
As the majority of our items are handmade, we ask that you allow 7-10 working days for UK delivery and 14-21 working days for worldwide.
We will be in contact ASAP if we have any issues in fulfilling your order.
We are not held liable for tax /customs charges when if they are applicable to the receiving address.
We hold no responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address.
Please note our office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so any orders placed over those days and after 10am Friday will not be processed until Tuesday.
What is your refund policy?
Customers can return any Mysticum Luna products for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Get in touch by emailing [email protected] if you would like to return a product and we can guide you from there. Also, please include your order number in any correspondence so that we can locate your order with ease.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any earrings or piercing jewellery, this is due to hygiene reasons.
The returned product/products must be in new unworn condition.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and import fees will not be covered. Therefore you will only be credited the amount of the product you have bought.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please obtain a proof of postage for your own records, incase your return does not reach us.
Above all, we hope that you love your new gothic jewellery, but we are human and fully understand if you need to return your items.
Items showing defect deemed to be the result of general wear and tear, accidental damage or neglect will not be regarded as faulty. This also applies to crystals that may have inclusions and/or imperfections. Examples of neglect are; instances where jewels/crystals have been caught on other items, been exposed to excessive wear, moisture, chemicals, body lotions etc, or plating has tarnished due to contact with water. Manufacturing faults must be reported to us within 90 days from purchase. Reimbursement or replacements cannot be offered outside of this time.
Is the site secure for payment?
Yes, we use PayPal in order to offer the safest possible transactions so you are always covered by buyer protection. Therefore customers can shop at ease!
We will not use your data for marketing purposes. Only customers that have actively signed up via the pop up box will receive our newsletters (because data protection is important!)
