Who are we?

Mysticum Luna is a celebration of all things mystical! We offer a variety of handmade items, mixed with some amazing products from around the world.

What are your postage times?

As the majority of our items are handmade each time they are ordered, we ask that you allow 7-10 working days for UK orders and 14-21 working days for worldwide.

If you have any issues please feel free to email info@mysticumluna.com. If you would like a guaranteed delivery / tracked & signed option, please email us before you place your order and we will be happy to arrange this!

Please note:

          We are not held liable for tax /customs charges when if they are applicable to the receiving address.

          We hold no responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address.

          If your item hasn’t arrived within the time frame then please let us know so we can open up a claim for you with Royal Mail. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the shipping cost if item is lost, we will only refund the price of your items.

–          Please note our shop is closed Sunday and Monday so orders placed over those days and after 10am Saturday will not be processed until Tuesday

What is your refund policy?

We are happy to refund you if your order is broken / faulty on arrival if you email us within 14 days. This item will then need to be returned to us so we can deem whether it is general neglect or it is infact faulty.

Yes, we use PayPal in order to offer the safest possible transactions and you are always covered by buyer protection.
